Nigah QueerFest 2011 Volunteer Meeting

Dear All,

Greetings from Nigah!

The Nigah QueerFest is in its 5th year! This year’s QueerFest is from the 18th and 25th of November 2011 and will include performances, films, photo workshops and workshops on themes related to queerness. And we invite you to be a part of this!

We are inviting you to join us for a Volunteers Meeting on the 24th of September (Saturday), at the India Coffee House in CP, New Delhi, between 6:30 and 8:00 PM.

A Nigah member will be present to speak about this year’s theme, the range of events we have planned and how you can help us organise the QueerFest. Please drop in to learn more about the QueerFest and how
you can be involved.

best,
The Nigah Team

NIGAH is a queer collective that works on issues of gender and
sexuality. Apart from lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, we
understand queer to be any identity, politics or process that
challenges dominant norms. Based in Delhi, we try to create inclusive
and safe queer spaces using media, training, and conversations.
