I was thinking to match the awesome thread about L word Bollywood style we need a thread about the songs we want to make part of our desi style L word. :) Besides what's a good Bollywood production without melodious songs...:P

So what's your favourite Bollywood song of the moment or what song would you like to be serenaded with? You can list your top 5 (or 7) if there are too many to mention. :) Some Bollywood songs by their gender-neutralness seem to give off this gay vibe..ive felt this especially with the older songs out there.

1. Madno (from Lamhaa)
2. Teri Ore (Sing is King)
3. Mujhe teri (from Pathshala)
4. Bakhuda tumhi ho (Kismet connection)
5. Jiya dhadak dhadak jaye (Kalyug)
6. Hoton se choo lo tum (Prem Geet a little old but it remains a fav)..My fav line would be "Na Umar Ki Seema Ho, Na Janam Ka Ho Bandhan, Jab Pyaar Kare Koi, To Dekhe Keval Mann.." Those lines totally give off a gay vibe..that's what i think.

2. Tera hone laga hoon
3. o meri soni, meri tamanna - remix
4. ek baat maan lo tum ( from movie khel ) - remix version with lots of kinkiness
5. pyaar do pyaar lo (jaanbaaz) - girlfriend's choice for a lap dance

Thanks Chicklet for the reply to the topic. :) That's a great list of songs. I remember et baat maan lo tum..it was one of my fav songs growing up and Khel was one of my fav movies growing up. oh and Madhuri was amazing in the movie. I think i need to rehear pyaar do pyaar lo again and imagine it in the background of a lapdance..if we had more LGBT clubs in India that would so be happening.

So many more - but I'm realising they're all either Rahman or RD Burman songs!
