Why can’t you be in a job for at least a year? Are you that dumb?
You are the worst employee with no sense of responsibility, no concentration and no seriousness. That is why you were fired.
You are IRRESPONSIBLE, STUPID, LAZY, DUMB and an IDIOT. You are USELESS and WORTHLESS.
The world is critical and if you are different, you are definitely in to be tossed around a lot.

If yes, then you or the person you know could be dyslexic. Dyslexia affects children and if not administered, it will grow into adulthood and affect their everyday life. Dyslexia is a learning disability which cannot be cured but dyslexics can be helped to have a normal life like everyone else. There is enough sensitization about adult dyslexia in the west and none in our country.
Being LGBT is a struggle for many. LGBT folks are discriminated, hurt, ridiculed and constantly stigmatized outside and within the community itself. Imagine if some of them are dyslexic too. Apart from being called names degrading their sexual identity and orientation they are also judged and humiliated over their intelligence. Let us just talk about our community as a whole and the peer pressure and discrimination within the community; it is a delicate subject which has to be addressed.
Many educated LGBT are in fact extremely critical and judgmental about their comrades. They put up this visage that is mean, nasty and piercing.
Nowadays things are getting better for the worse, but we can as LGBT make all the difference. We can be empathetic, understanding and be moved when someone is hurting emotionally. We have the power as LGBT to reach out to people irrespective of their differences. We can be less judgmental.
Most dyslexic institutions cater to children and there are none for adults but if you plan to get evaluated, go to a clinical psychologist to get tested. The clinical psychologist will conduct tests like:
- Raven’s Progressive Matrices
- Wechsler’s adult intelligence scale
- Schonell’s auditory sequential memory
- Schonell’s reading test
- Schonell’s writing test
- Schonell’s auditory discrimination test
After thorough evaluation the psychologist will provide a report. They will also advise you about a career path suiting your skills and strengths. You are creative, intuitive, objective and talented beyond measure. You are special and different. Leonardo da Vinci, Pablo Picasso, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Andy Warhol, Muhammad Ali, Henry Ford, Walt Disney, Hans Christian Andersen, Agatha Christie, Cher, John Lennon, Keanu Reeves, Whoopi Goldberg and Tom Cruise are/were famous dyslexics.
But for LGBT dyslexics to discover their worth, their dream and to turn their disability into a gift all you comrades can contribute in a a very simple and significant way. Don’t discriminate and judge us when we make mistakes and when we are lost. We are not dumb and we are not stupid. We just don’t think and express the way everyone does.
