In this special Friday Funda, we will take a look at the various facets of the issue of gender diversity through a thought provoking discussion and riveting performances!
The evening will start with a humorous talk by Delhi-based feminist activist and performance artist Pramada Menon. Pramada has been working as an independent consultant with a variety of organizations on issues of women’s human rights, gender and sexuality, organizational change management and professional coaching, for over two decades. Do not miss this funny, yet poignant take on complex gender issues at the workplace!
This will be followed by a panel discussion and audience interaction with Nisaba Godrej, Executive Director Godrej Consumer Products Ltd and Pramada Menon, moderated by Farah Nathani-Menzies, who leads Godrej’s diversity initiative. We’ll end the evening on musical note with a soulful performance by Kaavya Gupta, Sr. Executive Marketing, Godrej Nature’s Basket.
