Beena and Savita the Haryanvi couple famously known as the Married Indian Lebsians, or as our Chicklet called, the “Laila – Manju” of India, sought protection from law enforcement, as they were facing threats from their families. In a significant development, the Haryana high court will now decide if their marriage is valid under the Hindu marriage act of 1995.
