Celebrating Bangalore Pride March Post 377

Bangalore witnessed its first pride parade after India’s section 377 verdict on the 9th of December, 2018. The verdict, indeed historical, ensured that a lot more people from the community and its allies turned up to protest problems that continue to plague the community – the trans bill of 2018, inequality in marriage, continuing societal stigma and more.

Here’s a glimpse into the wonders that were – in a hope to relive and rekindle the passion with which we have continued to fight and will go ahead with in the coming years.
