THE GAYSI FAMILY presents

“Dirty Talk Encore (Open Mic)”

An original evening of spoken word, poetry, & song
by and for our LGBT community
2 September 2012
At The Little Door (Andheri West)
Featuring
YOU (AGAIN)!!

Did you enjoy being in the spotlight during the last edition of Dirty Talk? Or did you regret not being part of the fun? Did jealousy kick in when you heard your friends talk about the tears of laughter in their eyes? Here’s your chance to make up for the lost opportunity.

Dirty Talk is back for an encore and the basic funda remains the same—At GaysiFamily’s “Dirty Talk” you get to be the star in your very own production. What are you good at? Singing or dancing? Acrobatics? Not talking? Talking dirty? It doesn’t matter what it is you do; if you can entertain, the stage is yours for the taking. Everyone is encouraged to submit their work and share their voice.

If you are interested in performing, please make sure you read our guidelines and send in your details to gaysifamily[at]gmail.com. While we are particular and would like to have our acts confirmed ahead of time, we are happy to make room for latecomers too (time permitting). After all, we know watching everybody else having fun on stage is going to inspire you to get up there yourself!

Please note that since the venue has been provided free, the capacity is limited. To get the best seats, come as early as you can. Early birds will also be in for a pleasant surprise.

Alright then, chop chop, go on and submit your work and spread the word. Bring friends or a date, and even your straight colleagues. We have plenty of seats to fill and many surprises to brighten your day. (Confirm your attendance on our Facebook page)

We can’t wait to see you!
Team Gaysi

Now 30, 100% shudh desi lesbian. Likes living large, and on the edge. Dislikes stagnation, fence sitting and hypocrites. Lives in a bubble of joy, with occasional lapses into drama queendom. Currently nursing a massive crush on actress Chitrangada Singh (kind of eerie, her resemblance to the late Smita Patil, don’t you think?). Aspires to build a fully functional support system for the Gaysi community in India. And most importantly, top the 'Hottest eligible desi-lezzie' list one bright sunny day.
