One warm spring afternoon, Gaysi ended up in a room with the two phenomenal women from the movie Qissa – Tillotama Shome and Raskia Duggal. And that led to some compelling revelation on what went on during the making of the movie, their chemistry and what lies ahead. So we recorded it all only to share with you beautiful people.

For those who don’t know, the talented Tillotama Shome is best known for her greatly praised character Alice in Mira Nair’s Monsoon wedding, and is well known in the theatre circuit. In Qissa, she plays the role of Kanwar, a girl raised as a boy!

And the charming Rasika Dugal is a known actor in Bollywood movies, plays Neeli, a gypsy girl who falls in love with the not-boy Kanwar Singh and accidentally gets married to her!!

And people, this is just the beginning of this unique tale. But what you see in this video is not so much about the movie as it is about these two women and how they tackled the subject, the acting, and their intimate bond. Hope you enjoy this little tête-à-tête.
